We really like this wine because it isn't your classic Kiwi Sauv Blanc! It's actually a really interesting blend of Chardonnay and a small amount of Pinot Gris, Riesling and Gewurtztraminer. The small addition of these aromatic grape varieties create lovely lifted aromas and give it a real Summer appeal! A delightful wine with hints of ripe melon and stone fruits, great texture and an ultra smooth mouthfeel. Deliciously easy drinking so it's great on its own, but also a good accompaniment to chicken, fresh pasta and grilled prawns.
