Jan Pettersen, owner, combines a passion for perfection with over 15 years experience, and it's evident as the bodega has won 7 top awards this year alone to add to their already overflowing trophy cabinet! We are very privileged to invite Jan to spend the evening with us, tutoring us through an impressive range of six Sherries married with six tapas dishes freshly prepared by inspiring new chef Darren Hamlin in the newly refurbished Westgate Room.

The King's Arms of Polebrook have established a reputation in recent years, for authentic Spanish-inspired cuisine, so we've teamed up with them to offer a relaxed and enjoyable evening complimented by delicious Paella and an exciting range of six quality Spanish wines, guided by the Amps team. For generations Bordeaux has been producing wines of diversity, with a range of flavours which compliment rather than overpower food. We have created a three course dinner to compliment a selection of five wines in conjunction with acclaimed head chef, David Clipsham. We are honoured to have Mark Walford, co founder of Richards Walfords, who specialise in high quality wines from prestigious producers throughout France, with us for the evening. Mark will tell us the story behind the stunning star line up of five wines, which will demonstrate why Bordeaux is often referred to as the 'King of France!'
