Ordering

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18.

We cannot guarantee availability of all products. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.

We reserve the right not to accept any order.
Delivery
- The goods you order will be delivered to the delivery address you give when you place your order.
- If you have provided a delivery address that is not a mainland UK address or is an address outside the UK an additional delivery charge may apply to that stated, therefore we will contact you and provide you with a quote.
- We guarantee delivery within seven days of your order should the products be available.
- We may use a courier such as CityLink. The courier will only attempt to deliver the product three times, after which you will be responsible for a charge for the returned parcel/s.
- We are unable to deliver to the USA.
Description and Price
- All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
- All our prices are exclusive of delivery charges.
- Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found we will inform you by email as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
- Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.
- Please note that vintages are subject to change at anytime - we will supply an ensuing vintage, without notice, when the quoted is no longer available.
Returns
- We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
Cancellations and Complaints
- In the event of complaint please contact us. All complaints will be acknowledged.
