Delivery Information

Deliveries are sent out on a next day service for orders placed before 10am via our courier (for items in stock). Should any item you have ordered be out of stock we shall contact you immediately to advise you of a delivery estimate. Should you require delivery on a certain date please mention this on your order form. If you expect that there won't be anybody at home to sign for delivery you may leave delivery instructions on your order form. Should the courier attempt to deliver when nobody is at home the courier will leave a card to say that that they have attempted delivery. Please note: Amps Fine Wines cannot be held responsible for any loss of wines following delivery via the courier.

We are unable to deliver to the USA.

Delivery Charges

Our charges are at a set rate for deliveries recieved between Monday-Friday. The charge per case is £10 with a discounted price of £5 per case thereafter. All prices are inclusive of VAT and are for mainland UK delivery adresses only. Worldwide delivery charges are upon application. Saturday deliveries are also possible at a premium charge of £25 per case.

Delivery Conditions

We will not deliver to anyone who is or appears to be under 18 - proof of ID may be requested. We may ask you to confirm that you are legally old enough to purchase alcohol upon placing your order.

All goods should reach you in perfect condition. Please notify us within 24 hours if not. We cannot be held responsible thereafter.

We do not operate a minimum order policy. Although our delivery charges are at a set case rate. There will be no discounts should you order less than a case of 12 bottles.
